Winter CSA in Michigan?
Mona passed along this article from the Detroit Free Press about an organic farm run by students and faculty at Michigan State University. The interesting thing is that they can keep their CSA going all winter long using unheated greenhouses and Winter-hardy crops. I bet the same thing could be done in Northern New York. I'd certainly sign up. Right now it seems like all access to fresh organic produce shuts down for the winter.
