I just found the best recipe for kale and am so excited that I have to share. Tear/cut the kale into bite sized pieces. Mix equal parts olive oil, lemon juice, and honey (between 1/4 and 1/2 cup depending on how much kale you have), and then "massage" it into the kale.
I really enjoy your blog, I hope you enjoy your kale!
