Did you know

Did you know that kale, collard greens, broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, and Chinese cabbage are all cultivars of the same species?

but not Bok Choi?

    you forgot cauliflower

    the squash/cucumber/pumpkin cucurbits are another food family with many cultivars and few species
